PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel brush to scrape off depositions adhered on surface of an object by placing high rigid abrasive grains at tips of the brush, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: For the steel brush formed by a shank 10 and many rigid bristles 11 implanted on the shank 10, the high rigid grinding grains 12 such as many diamond abrasive grains, cubic system boron nitride abrasive grains, alumina abrasive grains or silicon carbide abrasive grains are fixed on tips of the bristles 11 by brazing, electroplating or resin adhesion.
