PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet processor which can decrease a moment load applied to a conforming member and an image forming device provided with this sheet processor. SOLUTION: This sheet processor has a processing tray 400 temporarily loading a discharged sheet, a discharge roller pair 404 discharging the sheet onto the processing tray 400, and conforming members 409, 410 arranged in both sides in a width direction of the concerned sheet for conforming the width direction of the sheet discharged onto the processing tray 400 to make at least one member movable in the sheet width direction, and the conforming member 409, 410 is characterized by forming partly in its opposed conformed surface 409a, 410a a protruded part 409c, 410c so as to overlap in a position of a sheet discharge direction.
