PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work machine for seeding, having increased productivity, capable of reducing operator's pain, and capable of treating seeds having irregular shapes. SOLUTION: This work machine for seeding is equipped with a traveling main body 9 which can travel by straddling a seeding furrow 7 formed in a farm field 3, a marking means 13 which is mounted on the main body 9 and marks the seeding furrow 7 at specified pitch in the longitudinal direction according as the traveling of the main body 9, and a seating part 15 which is positioned at the rear of the marking means 13 in the traveling direction of the main body 9 and used as a seat for the operator.
