PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide loading and unloading equipment in a bulk-goods loading ship wherein the space of a hold can be enlarged, the equipment for loading and unloading the bulk goods is simple, the height of the ship can be reduced, and the bulk goods can be uniformly loaded in the hold. SOLUTION: This equipment is for loading and unloading the bulk goods C in the hold 2 of the bulk goods loading ship 1 and is provided with a hopper 5, an unloading boom conveyer 6 disposed on the end of the ship body along the longitudinal direction, a lower part conveyer 10 disposed in the lower part of the hopper 5 and the hold 2, a gathering mechanism for gathering the bulk goods C in the hold 2 onto the lower conveyer 10, a vertical conveyer 20 disposed on the other end of the ship body along the longitudinal direction for moving the bulk goods C conveyed by the lower part conveyer 10 upper than the hold 2, and an upper part transferring device 30 for supplying the bulk goods C from the vertical conveyer 20 to the unloading boom conveyer 6 and the hold 2. The vertical conveyer 20 is provided outer than the other end of the hold 2.
