PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense an accurate amount, and to reduce temperature change in a dispensing liquid. SOLUTION: This dispenser 1 of the present invention has a temperature regulating means for regulating a temperature of air existing in a pump space formed surroundedly by a cylinder and a piston in an inside of a dispensing pump 2. The temperature regulating means is composed of a pump side Peltier element 3, a control means 5 and a Peltier element driver 10. The control part 5 controls the pump side Peltier element 3 and regulates thereby the temperature of the air existing in the pump space to bring a temperature detected by a pump side temperature sensor 4 for detecting the temperature of the air existing in the pump space into a temperature substantially same to a temperature detected by a medicinal solution side temperature sensor 7 for detecting a temperature of a medicinal solution 20 in a reservoir part 6. |
