PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely specify the position of the corrosion place of a PC steel material, which can cause unfilled place or crack of grout by a relatively simple device in the grout of the PC steel material. SOLUTION: A conductor bundle 11, wherein the longitudinal positions of the uncoated places formed to rustproof coated conductors 10 are changed longitudinally in regular manner, is arranged along the PC steel material 3 and a current is periodically supplied to these rustproof coated conductors 10, and from the longitudinal positions of the uncoated places of the rustproof conductors changed in energization measured values (electrical resistance values or current values), the position of the corrosion spot, such as the unfilled place or the like of the grout 5 is specified.
