PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for replacing a roller table by which a stoppage period is shortened as much as possible. SOLUTION: In the method for replacing the roller table, which is provided with a lot of rollers, driving devices for the rollers, electric motors and the accesaries of cooling pipes, a plurality of the rollers 1 and their accesaries are assembled into one unit on a carrier pallet 20 outside the line, then the test run of the one unit is performed beforehand on the carrier pallet 20 and, next, by transporting the carrier pallet 20 onto the line, and the roller table is installed on the line by a unit.
