TANDEM SEAT DEVICE IN MOTORCYCLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the excellent seating quality of a tandem rider to a tandem seat even when a foot rest fitted to a motorcycle frame is separated downwardly forward with respect to the tandem seat. SOLUTION: The tandem seat 41 is supported by a rear part of the motorcycle frame 3. The foot rest 47 on which feet of the tandem rider seated on the tandem seat 41 can be placed is fitted to the motorcycle frame 3 downwardly forward of the tandem seat 41. A seat handle 49 which can be held by the tandem rider is fitted to the rear end part of the motorcycle frame 3. A part 51 of the seat handle 49 located behind the tandem seat 41 is protruded upward of the upper surface of the tandem seat 41.
