PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize the diameter of strainer. SOLUTION: In the Figure (b), after a ring type sealing member 60 is placed on a step part 48 and also a lid body 50 is placed on it, the tip part 49a of a large diameter part 49 is bent so as to wrap the lid body 50 in the large diameter part 49 as shown by the arrows 4, 4, in order to fix the lid body 50 to a strainer case 43. This strainer has few parts stretching out in its diameter direction because of this caulked structure. Thereby, the miniaturization of the strainer diameter can be easily achieved.
