The assembly is for a ski having a toe stop and heel fixing between the ski and the boot. It comprises a shell (6) and an upper collar (5). The collar is pivoted to the shell of the boot so it can be inclined forwards, especially when making turns. The ski boot collar also has a mechanism connecting it to the ski with the aim of modifying the ski's rigidity or camber when the collar is inclined. The mechanism comprises an arm (10) located at one side of the boot, passing through the axis of the pivot and connected to one end of a lever (12). The lever lies parallel to the upper surface of the ski with its rear end connected to the lower end of the arm (10) and its forward end interacting with a thrust plate (15) which is connected to the upper surface of the ski by a visco-elastic bloc (14). |
