PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder 4 for a roller bearing provided with a first side plate 5 and a second side plate 6 which are parallel mutually and a pin 7 fixed between the first and second side plates 5 and 6 and supporting a roller 3 rotatably by passing through it in the axial direction to eliminate a problem caused by fixing the second side plate 6 and the pin 7 by welding them. SOLUTION: An end part 7a on one side of the pin 7 is fixed to the first side plate 5, a parallel screw 7c is provided in an end part 7b on the other side of the pin 7, the end part 7b on the other side of the pin 7 passes through a tapered hole 9 formed in the second side plate 6, a taper bush 10 is pressed in between the pin 7 and the tapered hole 9, and a nut 20 is tightened in the screw 7c to fix the pin 7 and the second side plate 6.
