PURPOSE: A system and a method for acting for a vote using the Internet are provided to remove the inconvenience of a user according to visit to a vote place and the cost by carrying out various kinds of vote through the Internet. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a voter terminal(100) enabling the voter to connect to a vote agent server through a communication network, the communication network(110), the vote agent server(130), a vote request organization(140) and an advertiser(150). If a vote agency receives the vote agent form the vote request organization, the vote agency induces an advertisement by searching the advertiser suitable to the inclination of the voter in order to reduce the cost. After fixing a cooperation card or a gift certificate issuing to the voter, the cooperation company issues the cooperation card to the voter. The advertisement contents are printed on the cooperation card. The cooperation server allocates an intrinsic number to each cooperation card and the voter certification is carried out by the intrinsic number of the cooperation card. |
