Amplifier circuit arrangement for alternatively processing a digital signal or an analog signal. Within prior art the digital signal path includes a first filter and the digital signal includes a second filter additional selection means being associated to the second filter for improving selectivity. According to the invention for analog reception both filters are connected in cascade said first filter aiding said second filter in achieving the desired selectivity. Said additional selection means are obviated. Preferably the filters are surface acoustic wave filters.
