PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormal wheel determining device of tire air pressure capable of accurately detecting an abnormal wheel of tire air pressure. SOLUTION: This device comprises a directly detecting system that detects a tire air pressure with a pressure sensor and transmits by radio the detection result as tire air pressure information, and an indirectly detecting system that estimates the tire air pressure based on wheel speed provided by a speed sensor for detecting wheel speed. For detecting an abnormal wheel of tire air pressure, each of the directly detecting system and the indirectly detecting system determines the tire air pressure (102), the indirectly detecting system selects and calculates the abnormal wheel when abnormality of the tire air pressure is determined by an ECU based on the tire air pressure information provided by the directly detecting system (104 and 106), and the abnormal wheel is displayed based on the selection and calculation of the abnormal wheel by the indirectly detecting system (108 and 110).
