PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ceramics having excellent accuracy of a fine hole and to reduce machining cost. SOLUTION: In a wire for bore machining to be used when finishing is performed for the fine hole provided on ceramics, a tip part is formed into a tapered shape and a groove is formed on an outer periphery.
