PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for effectively reusing an expensive DNA immobilized carrier having properties comparable to those of a new one, no problem in a practical use, and reducing economical and technical loads for a user. SOLUTION: This method is a method for removing a DNA bound by an acid amide linkage via an oligonucleotide from a DNA-bound substrate to make the substrate capable of immobilizing a DNA by hydrolyzing the acid amide linkage between the substrate and DNA.
