PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk reproducing device with a high reproduction capability when the optical disk reproducing device reproduces data of defective sectors or data on the occurrence of various abnormal synchronizing signals. SOLUTION: The optical disk reproducing device uses a frame synchronization count address conversion decoder 202, a low-order ID address conversion decoder 203, an adder/sbutractor 204, a high-order ID address conversion decoder 205 and an adder 206 and converts information read from an optical disk medium into an absolute storage address of the storage medium so as to store data with a high reproduction capability to the storage medium.
