THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION EXCELLENT IN MATTE EFFECT AND MOLDING USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition which has a high level of a matte effect, an impact resistance and weatherability. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition is composed of (A) 10-98 mass pts. of a graft polymer containing a rubber-like polymer (G) having a diene unit in an amount of 50 mass % or less, (B) 2-50 mass pts. of an acrylic copolymer containing a hydroxyl group and (F) 0-80 pts. of other thermoplastic resins wherein the rubber-like polymer (G) is at least one selected from the group consisting of a diene-based rubber, a polyorganosiloxane rubber and a polyolefin rubber.
