PURPOSE: A reinforcing, waterproofing and snow-melting method for a pavement using interior finishing materials is provided to prevent the transformation of a bridge and to secure the safety of a bridge by dewatering, snow-removing and deicing an asphalt or concrete pavement. CONSTITUTION: The reinforcing, waterproofing and snow-melting method for a pavement using interior finishing materials comprises the steps of: boiling and applying asphalt emulsion(9) on the uppermost pavement surface(6) of a road or a bridge, an underground parking lot, a building or the beginning of a tunnel, a shady inclined road, a mountain road, etc.; placing interior finishing materials(5) on the uppermost pavement surface(6) of the road or a bridge, the underground parking lot, the building or the beginning of a tunnel, the shady inclined road, the mountain road, etc. paved with asphalt emulsion(9); and paving asphalt(7) on the interior finishing materials(5) where a waterproof layer is formed by permeating the asphalt emulsion(9) on nonwoven fabrics of the interior finishing materials(5).
