PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability and efficiency of information delivery and reduce communication charge of a system for delivering finance and securities information which is updated and delivered in real time in a network environment. SOLUTION: A center computer 200 selects information corresponding to requested information from a terminal 410 out of information relative to finance and securities transmitted from a computer 100 through an exclusive line 150, and transmits the information to a terminal 420 by referring to a delivery controlling part 240. The terminal 420 controls the delivery of the information to an appropriate terminal.
