PURPOSE: A device for piling roofs of an electric furnace is provided to safely store the roofs of the electric furnace even in a limited space by vertically piling and storing a plurality of roofs. CONSTITUTION: The device for piling roofs of an electric furnace comprises a roof supporting part consisting a base frame put on the ground and vertical frames which are set up perpendicularly to the base frame to support the side surface of the roofs(110); and an individual roof piling part which supports each of the roofs(110) stacked and comprises resting members(20,21,22) each of which are installed at lower and upper middle parts of the vertical frames so that the resting members(20,21,22) are rotated by hinge shafts, which go in and out the vertical frames through rectangular holes formed on inner surfaces of the vertical frames, and on front ends of which the roofs are put, weights(23) which are installed at rear ends of each of the resting members(20,21,22) that are projected through the rectangular holes formed on outer surfaces of the vertical frames, and sequential operating means which sequentially project the resting members(20,21,22) to the outside of the rectangular holes in the order of middle and upper parts when the resting members(20,21,22) installed at lower parts of the vertical frames are rotated.
