MOBILE DEVICE TO INSTALL POINT WORK RAILS BASED ON TRACK AND ORDINATES

FIELD: construction, roads. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to motorization of point work assembling activities for railway track facilities and may be used in assembling line of the point work with reinforced concrete beams at the special depot. The mobile device for point work rails installation based on track and sideway ordinates contains vertical movable frame resting upon carriages to move racks to the given distance along enveloping way rails. Two screws with drive nuts and guides are rigidly connected to the frame. The nut drives housings are mounted on guides so that they can move together with nuts. Three hydro cylinders are available in drive housing of each nut. Medium cylinder is intended for rail disengaging from the backing block and lifting. It is provided with rail gripping mechanism centering by itself relative to the head of pre-laid rail. The rail gripping mechanism is represented with sponges having extended part in the lower part of one of the sponges for rail head. Utmost hydro cylinders are designed to center middle cylinder with regard to the nut body. The number of nuts corresponds to the number of rails in point work to be assembled. Each nut drive is equipped with programmable counter of revolutions. ^ EFFECT: possibility of pad seizure or beam shifting during point work rail installation based on tracks and sideway ordinates is avoided as well as possibility of different point works assembling for different directions by changing programs. ^ 6 dwg
