<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter having an overcoat layer excellent in scratch resistance, in chemical resistance, in surface smoothness, and in adhesion to a color filter substrate (a coloring layer) and to a transparent electrode. SOLUTION: In the color filter 11, the overcoat layer 12 composed of a cured material layer 16 of a covering composition (A) containing a compound with one or more active energy rays curing polymerizable functional groups and oxide particles containing one or more kinds of elements selected from a group consisting of Si, Al, Ti, Zr, In, Sn, Ce, B, Bi and Zn and/or an oxide- precursor compound forming oxide after drying of a coating film and a cured material layer 17 of a covering composition (B) containing polysilazane is formed on a surface of a coloring layer 15 formed on the one surface of a substrate 13.</p> |
