PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image of a portion to be examined with little noise by suppressing mixed noise components, even if irradiation noise of X-ray is mixed into an image pickup signal by irradiation of X-ray, when performing image pickup for the portion to be inspected by an optical image pickup means. SOLUTION: When an X-ray ON signal is not inputted from an X-ray irradiating device 3 (at the time of X-ray non-irradiation), an input characteristic is made linear. When the X-ray ON signal is inputted (at the time of X-ray irradiation), a core ring curve can be changed so as to suppress a signal range of a low level.
