PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure valve opening operation of a check valve and preventing high pressure from acting on an electromagnetic valve for improving reliability. SOLUTION: Plungers 21 are arranged in a plurality of sliding holes 2 to apply pressure to fuel in a pressure chamber 23 to be forcibly fed with the reciprocation of the plungers 21. To the pressure chamber 23, low-pressure fuel is supplied through a flow control electromagnetic valve 6 and a check valve 4. A flow passage 43a between the check valve 4 and the electromagnetic valve 6 is communicated with a space in a pump via a throttle flow passage 53. As the space in the pump is almost at an atmospheric pressure, fuel is momentarily escaped from the throttle flow passage 53 with a difference in pressure when pressure begins to be applied to fluid during starting forcible feed, to generate a flow from the pressure chamber 23 to the check valve, so that oil impact is operated on the valve disc of the check valve 4 in the opening direction to quickly close the valve. |
