PURPOSE: A private exchange state alarm and subscriber call displaying apparatus by using wireless LAN is provided to notify information on the abnormality of an exchange and information on a caller and a sender. CONSTITUTION: A wireless LAN interface unit(30) transmits information on the abnormality of the exchange by wireless when a call signal of a subscriber is inputted or the abnormality occurs in inside of the exchange. A wireless LAN connection unit(31) receives and reads the signal transmitted from the wireless LAN interface unit(30). Also, the signal is stored to a buffer and transmitted to a control unit at every interrupt period. The control unit(32) controls the operations of a display device unit(33) and an alarm signal generating unit(34) according to the signal.
