PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive portable floodlight projector checker capable of checking easily disconnection in a floodlight projector. SOLUTION: Electrodes 6, 7 for checking and a disconnection detecting circuit 8 are provided in a portable pen type case 2 with a ball-point pen part 3 in its tip part and a lighting part 4 in its rear end part, and the presence of a disconnection in the floodlight 100 is determined based on a lighting condition of the lighting part 4 when a pair of terminals 101A, 101B of the floodlight projector 100 is brought into contact with the electrodes 6, 7 for checking.
