摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve magnetic characteristic of a grain-oriented silicon steel plate by stabilizing a decarburization-annealing operation or optimizing a pri mary recrystallized structure. SOLUTION: A method for producing the grain-oriented silicon steel plate having low-iron-loss, is characterized in that atmospheres in a heating zone and a soaking zone of a decarburization-annealing furnace are separated by sealing a space between the heating zone and the soaking zone, and then, annealing is applied by controlling the atmospheric gas in the heating zone into an oxidizing degree (P H2O/P H2) forming to silica and the atmospheric gas in the soaking zone into the oxidizing degree forming no iron-based oxides. Further, in the decarburization-annealing furnace for grain-oriented silicon steel plate, the furnace is characterized in that an atmosphere sealing device is disposed between the heating zone and the soaking zone.</p>
