PURPOSE: Provided is an aqueous cleaner composition for a low pressure foaming machine for the preparation of polyurethane, which composition is used to remove the remaining polyurethane in the chamber of the foaming machine and does not contains a solvent. CONSTITUTION: The aqueous cleaner composition for a low pressure foaming machine comprises 0.3-5 wt% of a mixture of a modified silicone and polyether; 5-40 wt% of polytetramethylene ether glycol; and 55-94.7 wt% of water. The aqueous cleaner composition is mixed by using a mixer.
