PURPOSE: Provided are a phthalocyanine-based composition having improved crystalline character in state of coating dispersion, and a visual receptor for electrophotograph using the phthalocyanine-based composition as a charge generator. CONSTITUTION: The phthalocyanine-based composition consists of metal bisphthalocyanine compound of formula 1 and phthalocyanine compound of formula 2. Formula 1 : Pc= M1 = Pc(wherein, Pc represents a phthalocyanine group of formula 3, and M1 represents a metal of group IV or lanthanide metal). Formula 2: M2=Pc(wherein, Pc represents a phthalocyanine group of formula 3, and M2 represents hydrogen, cupper or aluminum halide, or oxygen atom, halogen atom, or Ti, V, Zr, Ge, Ga or In, to which is attached oxygen atom, halogen atom or hydroxyl group). In the formula 3, each of R1-R15 represents hydrogen atom, halogen atom, nitro group, alkyl group, or alkoxy group.
