PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a seedling transplanter is equipped with the right and left ridge guides to be brought into contact with the right and left sides of a ridge, however, a conventional seedling transplanter has a constitution of fixation type to the machine body, when heights of ridges are different or the side face inclination angles of ridges are different, the seedling transplanter cannot follow a ridge wall and has difficulty in excellent seedling transplantation operation. SOLUTION: In this seedling transplanter for advancing the machine body in a state of striding over a ridge U by a traveling part 1a having the right and left wheels 3 and 3 and transplanting seedlings in a ridge by a seedling planting tool 60, the right and left ridge guide bodies 131 and 131 which are brought into contact with, rolled on or slid in contact with the right and left of a ridge are installed at the right and left of the machine body and the right and left ridge guide bodies 131 and 131 are vertically and slantingly adjustably installed.
