PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize an article itself as a display by attitude- controlling the selling article located in the frontmost position to direct its front face straight directly in front, and surely transfer the article to a bucket. SOLUTION: This article-storing and delivering device 4, in which the article S is stored in an article passage 31 under the condition of being suspended by an article-suspending rod 32, and by which the article S located in the frontmost position, is delivered frontward from the article passage 31, by making the article S pull out of the suspending rod 32 when sold, is provided with an attitude control member 55 for controlling the attitude of the article S to direct the front face of the article S substantially straight to the front side by being projected to the article passage 31, to abut to either of the left or right side in the front face of the article S, and to incline the article S diagonally around a vertical-directional axial line, when the article S is pulled out of the suspending rod 32, when sold.
