SOLUTION: The voltage-converting circuit is structured with an output pulse signal generating circuit 100 that generates an output signal Dout of constant pulse width in variable pulse cycles, and a switch-timing controlling circuit 104 that generates first and second control signalsϕ1,ϕ2 from the output signal Dout so that an output voltage Vint is obtained by smoothing a voltage signal in pulses sent out of a switch circuit 105 by a filter circuit 106.
