PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mail distribution system and method for providing a user with information that is necessary to a user and is related to a time designated by the user at appropriate timing and at the time designated by the user and to provide a distribution service system of time relevant information in relation to merchandise. SOLUTION: In this system 100, the mail distributing means 112 of servers 101 and 102 distributes electronic information to the portable telephone 302 of an end server 301 via the Internet 303, and the mail distributing means distributes the time relevant information in relation to the use of the merchandise acquired by the user to the portable telephone of the user at a mail distribution time designated by the user. When the merchandise is, for example, cosmetics, the time relevant information is merchandise use information prepared on the basis of information such as weather and ultraviolet light which are related to the mail distribution time. |
