PURPOSE: A sharing unit of a GPS division clock with different standards is provided to share signals necessary for IS-95A/B standard system equipment and IS-95C standard system equipment by receiving signals from a GPS receiver among the IS-95A/B and the IS-95C standard system equipment, and by generating and providing signal levels necessary for different standard system equipment. CONSTITUTION: A 95A/B-95C signal level conversion generating unit(32) generates and outputs clock signals of IS-95A/B standard signal level and IS-95C level on the basis of a clock signal of IS-95A/B level provided from an IS-95A/B GPS receiver(12). A 95C-95A/B signal level conversion generating unit(34) converts the clock signal of the IS-95C level provided from the IS-95C GPS receiver(22) into a clock signal of IS-95A/B level. A selective connection unit(36) connects the 95C-95A/B signal level conversion generating unit(34) between the IS-95C GPS receiver(22) and an IS-95A/B system(14).
