PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic commercial transaction system which safely exchanges merchandise for money without disclosing personal information to the opposite party, without making a contract with a financial institution and without performing a complicated procedure. SOLUTION: When an auction server 6 combines a merchandise selling user with a merchandise buying user, the information of each user and the information of the merchandise to be transacted are transmitted to a ticket server 1 to start a commercial transaction. The server 1 transmits an enciphered electronic ticket to a user A terminal 3 or a user B terminal 4 through a network 2 before the users give and receive the merchandise or the money on a convenience store. In the convenience store, the user A terminal 3 or the user B terminal 4 transmits the electronic ticket to a convenience store terminal 5 through a narrow area network 7, and the terminal 5 decodes the electronic ticket to perform the commercial transaction described on the electronic ticket. |
