A winding reel (4) is provided with two winding chambers (6,7), arranged one above the other. Part of the cable (3) is wound in each of the chambers. The winding reel is biased by an internal leaf spring (5), so that when not in the locking state, the withdrawn parts of the cable (3) are drawn into the housing. The winding chambers may be of different sizes.
