PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a voltage utilization factor, to significantly reduce the influence of motor characteristics, to realize the precise estimation of the rotation position for making the controllability improved, and to reduce noise, and to achieve the improvement of an efficiency. SOLUTION: This brushless DC motor control device has a position/speed estimation unit 6, in which a motor model is set and which carries out prescribed operation with a motor current and a motor voltage as inputs for estimating a revolution and a rotation position of a rotor, a speed control unit 7, which carries out a speed control operation with the estimated revolution and an external speed command as inputs to output a current command; a waveform-generating unit 8 which generates a waveform signal corresponding to an arbitrary harmonic component with the estimated rotation position as an input; an adding unit 9 which adds the waveform signal to the current command; and a current control unit 10 which carries out a current control operation with the adding result of the adding unit 9, the motor current and the rotation position as inputs to output a voltage command which is supplied to an inverter 3. |
