<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new cooling system which uses a piezoelectric element to cool electronic components of mobile equipment, AV equipment, etc., such as a small-sized notebook personal computer, a portable telephone, and a small- sized video camera. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric element is formed of a diaphragm to which piezoelectric ceramic is adhered and fixed, and the cooling fan comprises a driving part fitted with a blade having left and right legs provided at both the ends of a blade plate and a case which has right and left suction holes and a blowout hole. The driving part is put in the case.</p> |
