PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly and rationally expedite making a budget concerning a construction work by using a computer, and to make it reflected on decision making, when selecting an executing dealer in charge of a painting work, a repair work and a temporally installed stand including a scaffold, and giving an order by designating him. SOLUTION: This system X for making a construction budget is provided with a means 1 for integrating a material, a construction cost and the like to automatically produce integrated data for every execution object, a means 2 for preparing information about standardization of the execution object to uniformly fix a reference for preparing an estimate for every execution object by adding a buyer condition based on the integrated data, a distributing means 3 to collect the preparation of the estimate for the execution based on a common reference for the estimate, by opening, presenting and sending the information about the standardization of the execution object toward at least specified contract dealer groups 7 outside a company through a means of communication 5 including a network, and a cost evaluating means 4 to make the budget for the construction work by exponentially evaluating each price collected, estimated and sent back, with a fixed assessment reference. |
