PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire-binding device for binding a wire routed into an electrical equipment box for fixing without increasing the number of parts. SOLUTION: In the capacitor-mounting device where a cylindrical capacitor 14 is placed on a mounting substrate (electrical equipment box 13), and is mounted to the mounting substrate by a capacitor-mounting tool 15 comprising a winding section 15a and a mounting section 15d, a louver 16 that is provided at the winding section of the capacitor-mounting tool is wound for formation, or a lead wire 21 is accommodated at an accommodation section formed by an inflation section 18 that is provided at the mounting section, thus binding and fixing the lead wire routed into the electrical equipment box. |
