PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems with the conventional advertising tower as the advertising tower remaining stationary without rotation during traveling and therefore many fliers left without being picked up, the lack of impact and the infeasibility of effective advertisement and propaganda. SOLUTION: The advertising tower rotates simultaneously when the pedals are worked and therefore the great impact is afforded and the many fliers can be picked up. The more effective advertisement and propaganda are thus possible. |
