SOLUTION: By limiting electric power, that is supplied to the equipment mounted on the vehicle according to control signals inputted from external devices, the electric power, that is consumed wastefully can be reduced significantly on the vehicle and to extend, as long as possible, the traveling distance range of the vehicle powered by electric power accumulated in a battery.
