A motor driver in which driver units for driving a motor are connected to a command generator for issuing a command to the driver units through serial communication, wherein a communication unit for setting a communication format matching the driver units of different communication format including the transmission rates is provided therein and the driver units communicate with the command generator through one serial bus.
