PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of child seat capable of fixing a child seat firmly even to a car body without a rear package ray as a reinforcement member. SOLUTION: In thus fixing structure of a child seat for fixing a child seat 31 to the rear side of a car, the child seat 31 is equipped with a top tether 38 with one end fastened to the child seat 31 and the other to the car body. The other end of the top tether 38 is fixed to the lower part of a baggage room 11 or to a car body (7 or 9) forming the rear part.
