PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an image information within a facility to be easily acquired. SOLUTION: There are provided a display panel 12 which displays an image, an image signal receiving means which receives an image signal transmitted through a mobile communication network N, an image signal regenerating means which regenerates the image signal received by the image signal receiving means and displays it on the display panel 12, and a GPS circuit 39 which outputs through the mobile communication network N a position detection signal for deciding a CCD camera S2c which transmits an image signal to the image signal receiving means.
