PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation structure of an electronic apparatus having a controller on which heat generated in a power circuit part has little influence. SOLUTION: The radiation structure comprises a case containing power components, a heat sink which is mounted on the case and has a recess in the mounting direction, and bus bars which are made of a conductor metal, extend above the recess, and disposed and located in the case. The recess having the bus bars is filled and sealed with a resin good in electric insulation and heat conductivity.
