PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor heating structure, of which application is easy, steps of application can be reduced and safety is secured. SOLUTION: The floor heating structure is provided with heating panels 1 arranged between joists 40...40 arranged at predetermined pitches on the under surface side of a floor and wiring unit bodies 2 attached at right angles on the under surface sides of the joists 40 by hookup members. The heating panel 1 is provided with a heater heated by conducting current and a first connector 6 arranged on the under surface side of the floor and electrically connected to the heater.
