SOLUTION: In the computer-aided diagnosis method for supporting the diagnosis of three-dimensional(3D) digital image data, a 3D object inside 3D digital image data is identified, a local rotary plane is found in respect to the prescribed object concerning one prescribed 3D object, and the local rotary plane is centered on the centroid and local rotary axis of the prescribed object. Then, the local rotary plane is rotated at the partial angle of 360 deg. at least and the observation image of the prescribed object is generated by the increment of rotation specified beforehand. Thus, the plural observation images of the prescribed object are provided.
