<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a risk of leakage of individual information regarding senders and receivers, when delivery of an article is requested. SOLUTION: A user information registration part 110 registers user information which includes a plurality of individual information items on users for a series of delivery processing. A user ID issue part 112 issues an user ID, when the user information is registered. An information providing part 142 selects the individual information items necessary for the business portion of a deliverer, from among the series of delivery processing and provides these items, when the deliverer in charge of the delivery of the article requests the collation of the user information by using the user ID. Only the minimum information necessary for the business are given to the deliverer.</p> |
